Terms of sale
Placed order at maxelfishing.se means simultaneous acceptance of our terms of sale. All prices on maxelfishing.se are inclusive of VAT. Vat is deducted at checkout for customers living in Norway. Norwegian customers are responsible for paying customs and VAT according to Norwegian rules. To shop at maxelfishing.se you must be 18 years old.

We currently deliver to Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Italy, Scweitz and Austria.

Shipping cost and delivery

When delivering, we usually send by courier, normally within 1-2 working days which means that you as a customer should receive delivery within 2-5 working days. If the delivery takes longer, we will let you know.

Shipping costs - Sweden:

  • Free shipping for purchases in excess of SEK 1,500.
  • Ordrar < 1.500 kr; 99 kr

Our delivery time is normally 2-5 working days, but can be longer if we need to order products from our suppliers. Where applicable, we always inform you about this and give you as a customer the opportunity to cancel your order free of charge.

Prices and product images
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT.

The product images on the website do not guarantee that the exact appearance and nature of the product will be reproduced.

Maxel Fishing Nordic reserves the right for any errors in price and product information or otherwise on the website. In the event of any inaccuracies, Maxel Fishing Nordic is reserved for the right to correct this afterwards. In this case, we will inform about the change and give the customer the right to cancel or change their order free of charge. We reserve the right for price adjustments, final sales, inventory differences, technical issues, changes to technical specifications and any typographical errors on our site or in our ads. We reserve the right to cancel incorrect orders.

Order confirmation on your placed order
It's important that you've filled in your correct email address because that's where we send an order confirmation right after purchase (please check your spam if you can't find the confirmation). If you do not receive a confirmation, you can contact us at info@maxelfishing.se to ensure that the order has arrived.

Payment
We offer our customers different payment options via Payson Checkout and PayPal.

Payment with Payson. Complete the purchase directly with VISA, MasterCard and the Swedish banks Swedbank, SEB, Nordea, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Länsförsäkringar, Skandiabanken and Sparbanken Syd. Swedish customers can also choose to pay afterwards by invoice or to part-pay over 3-24 months. Payson maintains high security requirements and for all card payments, 3D-secure technology is used. Right of exchange and withdrawal
As a customer, you have the right to return correct deliveries within 14 days. A prerequisite is that the product is returned in unbroken original packaging, that it is unused and in undamaged condition, and that all labels, stickers and the like remain.

When returning an item, you must contact us by phone or email before this happens. You as a customer pay the cost of returns yourself if it is not a complaint.

The easiest way to get in touch with us is by emailing info@maxelfishing.se or calling +46-709-952660. We need the following information:

  • Order number (on invoice)
  • Your name and contact details
  • The number and name of the desired products are returned

Maxel Fishing Nordic ska bekräfta att returen är tillåten och att ångerfristen inte har passerats innan varorna skickas tillbaka. Efter att vi har mottagit och kontrollerat den returnerade varan återbetalar vi varans pris minus eventuella kostnader för betalningstjänst (PayPal eller Payson). Det sker alltid inom 30 dagar efter att vi tog emot den returnerade varan.

Note:The returned package shall be sent as a traceable business package or by courier service.

Complaint
If we have delivered a product that is faulty or defective, please contact us as soon as possible to help you resolve the issue. Send an email to info@maxelfishing.se or call +46-709-952660 and describe the error.

Guarantee

Maxel Fishing Nordic applies and complies with the Consumer Sales Act. This means that all goods sold through us have at least one year of product warranty. Maxel rollers have a 5-year warranty (applies to manufacturing defects).

Fake orders
We report all false orders and orders made with stolen card numbers to the police.

Transport damage
If the product is damaged or missing, this must be reported to the forwarder immediately and to the info@maxelfishing.se no later than within 5 days.

If the goods are damaged or lost during transport, we are responsible for ensuring that new delivery takes place without additional charge. It is important that you correctly report any damage. Note! If you see that the carton is damaged at the time of delivery, you should report it directly to the distributor upon receipt of the goods. If you discover the damage when you unpack your item, you must report it to us within 5 working days of receipt of the item.

Your data will be saved as long as you are a customer of ours. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing at any time. The personal data we process/save will not be shared with third parties unless we are required to do so by law. We will also never transfer your data to a country outside the EU. Force Majeure
Maxel Fishing Nordic is exempt from penalties for failure to fulfil certain obligations under this Agreement if the failure is based on the exempting circumstance set out below and the circumstance prevents, aggravates or delays the performance. Such as liberating circumstance shall be regarded as, inter alia, the action or omission of the authority, new or amended legislation, conflict in the labour market, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage, major accident or other type of natural disaster. Force majeure includes government decisions that negatively affect the market and products, e.g. restrictions in indication, warnings, sales bans, etc., abnormal decline in the market and whether the company has been designated for criminal activity that affects the business.

In the event of a dispute, we have a policy to always follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board. You can find them on http://www.arn.se.
