Spön

Hem/Spön
  • Slut i lager
The Phantom is a 5'7" spinning rod with great butt power and a light, fast tip. The requirements for the Phantom was to not only jig exceptionally but double duty as an outstanding live and/or dead bait rod. The tip not only works lighter jigs but transmits those pre-bite panic vibrations from live bait early enough to prepare the angler for the impending chaos. The longer rod length allows easier manuvering around duckboards or outboard obstacles. The Phantom has been 3 years in the making. It has involved hardcore Dogtooth Tuna sessions as well as multiple trips to the 3 Kings with different jiggers until we were happy with it's design.

Maxel excelled in the production of the Elemento Slow Jigging rod series, reaching unprecedented levels of Quality to Price ratio. They combine the latest technology in blank materials and components with a streamlined classic look. Maxel named these rods Elemento as it they have been created from a synthesis of mixed elements coming from various fields of science and complex carbon materials with advanced rod building engineering. The Maxel Elemento Slow Jigging Rod is a lightweight and robust marine fishing tool, made of the finest materials. The blank is made of carbon fibers of the Japanese brand Torey and equipped with Fuji guides and reel seat. Maxel designed a rod development technique, called 3/7 Design, that combines layers of 30T and 36T carbon fibers. This unique blank design produces Medium Fast action, is easy to handle and ideal for a sensitive Slow Jigging technique, regardless the water conditions. The multi tapper designed rod also works well with High Pitch action to seduce the fish bite, when they are not so active. The blank is lightweight and Maxel has greatly reduced the pressure on the angler's arm during big game fighting. The Elemento has not only turned out to be an elegant rod, but also a powerful tool, strong enough to defeat the monsters from the deep.
